Mixed martial arts

Paulino began his professional mixed martial arts career in January 2005. He primarily competed in Alaska, compiling a 17 4 record. He holds notable TKO wins over UFC veterans Rob Yundt and Terry Martin.

Ultimate Fighting Championship

Paulino was signed by the UFC in February 2010, stepping in on short notice as a replacement for Rob Kimmons against Mike Pierce on March 21, 2010 at UFC Live: Vera vs. Jones.[1] Paulino was defeated via unanimous decision (30-27, 30-27, 30-27).

Paulino was scheduled to face Daniel Roberts on July 3, 2010 at UFC 116, but was forced off the card with an injury. He was replaced by Forrest Petz.[2]

Paulino next faced TJ Grant on September 25, 2010 at UFC 119.[3] He lost the fight via unanimous decision and was released from the UFC with 0-2 record.
